Do you provide high-intensity supports?
Yes. We support participants with complex and high-intensity needs in line with NDIS guidelines. Clinical oversight is provided where required to ensure safe and compliant service delivery.
Do you provide 24-hour or overnight support?
Yes. We provide active overnight and 24/7 support when funded within your NDIS plan.
What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
SIL provides funded daily support for participants living in shared or individual arrangements.
SIL funding covers support services only. Rent and tenancy arrangements are separate.
How do you ensure safety and quality?
We follow structured risk management, incident reporting, medication governance, and ongoing staff supervision in line with NDIS requirements.
All staff hold required clearances and complete mandatory training relevant to their role.
How do you implement Behaviour Support Plans?
We work alongside authorised Behaviour Support Practitioners to implement approved plans. Our focus is proactive, person-centred support and safeguarding.

How do I get started?

We will review your NDIS plan, develop a Service Agreement, and commence supports once agreed.
Can I change support workers?
Yes. We prioritise participant choice and will work with you to ensure the right match.
How do I provide feedback or make a complaint?
You can contact us directly by phone or email.
You may also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission if preferred.
Raising concerns will not affect your services.
Where do you provide services?
Adelaide metropolitan and surrounding South Australian regions, subject to availability.
