Our founder, a nurse with over 20 years of experience across hospital care, aged care, mental health, industrial nursing, community nursing, and disability services, discovered her true calling in the disability sector after working closely with participants living with spinal cord and brain injuries.
Becoming their primary support person, she witnessed firsthand how quality, consistent, and compassionate care can transform lives every single day.
With two decades of professional experience and a deep commitment to person-centred support, she was inspired to establish an organization grounded in genuine compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
Her multicultural background where caring for the elderly and vulnerable is instinctive and deeply valued -brings warmth, empathy, and understanding to every service we provide.
At Silverlining SA, we exist to make a difference in the lives of the people we support -putting each individual at the heart of everything we do and delivering care that uplifts, empowers, and inspires.
We’re driven to help build an inclusive Australia where every person can thrive through high-quality, compassionate disability support.
Our mission is to help create an inclusive Australia where every person has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We support independence, encourage confidence, and empower people to live life to the fullest the way they rightfully deserve. For people with disabilities, this means having access to the highest quality care, support, and genuine compassion.
Our vision is to make a lasting, positive contribution to the lives of people living with a disability supporting them to achieve their goals, enhance their wellbeing, and live with greater independence. We strive to create a community where everyone is treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care.
We are committed to offering service that is:
